Conduct advanced proofreading across multiple articles, manuscripts, layouts, mechanicals, and final proofs with meticulous attention to detail. Perform rigorous fact-checking and validate content with references, applying therapeutic area expertise (e.g., oncology)Develop precise abstracts using authoritative online sources, ensuring adherence to medical, AMA style, and brand guidelines. Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and support workflow optimization to enhance submission efficiency. Uphold the highest quality standards by ensuring error-free submissions and strict compliance with editorial and regulatory guidelines.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior submission specialists to improve process understanding and skill development.Stay ahead of industry trends by actively participating in product status meetings and leveraging expertise to improve editorial workflows.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Manage content submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with submission standards.Fact-check and validate content using therapeutic expertise, performing Quality Control (QC) and proofreading.Oversee the complete asset lifecycle on Veeva PromoMats, ensuring proper organization and version control.Apply therapy area knowledge, including oncology expertise, to content review and verification.Conduct reference searches and manage article sourcing for accurate citations.Proactively enhance submission workflows and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.College degree, or higher
