Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, PENTAGON ELMECH SOLUTIONS focuses on delivering reliable and efficient solutions to meet its clients' needs.Job Overview:The Project Engineer (HVAC) is responsible for planning, executing, and managing HVAC projects, ensuring they meet design specifications, budget, and timelines. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Review HVAC designs, layouts, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.Plan and schedule HVAC installations, testing, and commissioning activities.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering teams for smooth project execution.Ensure timely procurement and availability of HVAC equipment and materials.Site Supervision & Quality Control:Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and piping systems.Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Conduct inspections and testing for HVAC systems and ensure adherence to ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other industry standards.Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.Coordination & Documentation:Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material supply.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.Support billing activities by verifying completed work and submitting necessary documents.Testing, Commissioning & Handover:Ensure proper testing and balancing of HVAC systems.Conduct commissioning activities and prepare as-built drawings.Provide training and documentation for handover to operations and maintenance teams.Skills & Competencies:✅ Strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and troubleshooting.✅ Proficiency in HVAC software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Elite, etc.).✅ Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE, and other relevant standards.✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and contracts.✅ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC projects.Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability in HVAC systems.Hands-on experience with chillers, VRF/VRV, DX systems, ducting, and piping.Salary & Benefits:
