As a Founding Engineer, you won’t just write code — you will help craft the product, architecture, engineering culture, and velocity.You will:Build full-stack features end-to-end for our AI hiring platform.Work with LLMs, agentic systems, and voice/speech models to create magical user experiences.Architect scalable systems on AWS and own reliability + performance.Move fast: prototype → iterate → ship → improve.Work closely with founders on product roadmap, tech decisions, and GTM experiments.Set the code quality & engineering standards for the team.
