Senior Architect

Objective of the role: The opening is for Seven Eleven group of companies.The role includes leading architectural projects from concept to completion, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet all safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities involve managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with engineers and contractors.Only local Mumbai candidates are preferred. Location: Mira- BhayandarRole & Responsibilities:Project leadership: Lead architectural projects from initial concept and design to final completion.Client relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals, and manage communication throughout the project.Team management: Supervise and mentor design teams, and coordinate with other professionals like engineers, contractors, and consultants.Technical oversight: Provide technical expertise, oversee the production of design and construction documents, and perform quality control reviews.Compliance and standards: Ensure projects comply with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.Project administration: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.Site supervision: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure quality of work. Qualification & Skills Required:Bachelor's degree in architecture; a Master's degree is often preferred.Extensive professional experience, often 15+ years, with maximum 7+ years experience in a leadership role. Liaising experience added advantage.Expertise in architectural and design software such as AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp.Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices is essential.Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are crucial.
