Project Manager - Industrial Building

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead an industrial building construction project in Rajasthan.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver the project on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.Team Leadership: Lead and guide teams to achieve project goals, resolving challenges effectively.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and maintain P&L accountability.Subcontractor Coordination: Manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure performance meets expectations.Safety Compliance: Implement and ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are followed at all stages.Problem Solving: Address project risks and conflicts with effective, creative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech).Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably industrial building projects.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
