Job Description: Sales Leader – US MarketPosition Title: Sales Leader / Head of Sales – US MarketExperience Required: 12+ YearsReporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Team Size: 10+ BDEs / BDMsRole Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader with strong exposure to the US market to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a large sales team, own an end-to-end sales strategy, and take final ownership of deal closures while reporting directly to the CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs)Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the teamTrack and review weekly and monthly team performance, pipelines, and closuresConduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plansRevenue Growth & Deal ClosureTake final-level ownership of negotiations and deal closuresDrive high-value and strategic sales opportunities in the US marketEnsure achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targetsBuild and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipelineClient Acquisition & Market ExpansionAcquire new clients in the US market through strategic prospecting and networkingDevelop strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholdersIdentify new market opportunities and growth areasRepresent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiationsStrategy & ReportingWork closely with the CEO on sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plansPrepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insightsImprove sales processes, tools, and methodologies for higher efficiencyRequired Skills & Qualifications12+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the US marketProven experience managing large sales teams (10+ BDEs/BDMs)Strong expertise in team management, performance tracking, and reportingDemonstrated ability to close complex and high-value dealsStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsExperience in new client acquisition and end-to-end deal closureStrategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
