The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and POS understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance products. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth policy renewals and claim processing. The role also involves supporting business growth objectives by identifying and acquiring new clients.QualificationsStrong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills for enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.Ability to identify client needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and deliver tailored solutions.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve client concerns and ensure seamless claim settlements.Professional experience in insurance broking, financial services, or sales is a plus.Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic office software.High level of self-motivation, target-driven mindset, and ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, with an understanding of motor, health, life, and corporate policies considered an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.Effective time management and organizational skills.Experience in claim handling or post-sale support is a plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in regional languages and English would be beneficial.
