Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities:* Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid media channels.* Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through targeted digital strategies.* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools.* Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to align marketing efforts.* Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.Required Skills & Qualifications:* Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce.* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.* Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.* Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.* Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.* Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis is a plus.
