We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience in designing high-performing creatives for social media and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and performance-driven design.Key Responsibilities:Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)Create high-converting ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, etc.)Develop banners, carousels, videos, and other digital assetsCollaborate with marketing and performance teams to align creatives with campaign goalsMaintain brand consistency across all designsWork on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesStay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media formatsOptimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, engagement, conversions)Required Skills & Qualifications:2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertisingProficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CanvaStrong understanding of social media formats, ad creatives, and platform guidelinesExperience in creating static and motion graphicsKnowledge of typography, color theory, and layout designBasic understanding of marketing funnels and performance marketing creativesAbility to take feedback and iterate quicklySalary- 6LPA to 10LPA
