Role OverviewWe’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join Blumbuds as our Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist. This isn’t just a desk job—you’ll be the visual voice of our Kidswear brand, creating everything from high-end graphic design to trending video content. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a passion for Instagram, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging stories, we want you on our team. This role goes beyond design: you’ll shape our online presence through compelling marketplace listings (Amazon, Myntra, Shopify) and impactful social media campaigns, blending strong aesthetics with smart marketing to bring our products to life.Key Responsibilities-Brand Elevation: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints to ensure a premium and consistent look.E-commerce & Marketplace Creative: Design high-impact infographics, A+ content, and lifestyle images for marketplace listings to drive conversions and reduce bounce rates.Ad Creatives: Conceptualise and design high-performing visuals for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads that stop the scroll and encourage clicks.Social Media Management: Curate and handle social media handles, creating a mix of educational, engaging, and promotional content.Website Assets: Design banners, landing page elements, and UI graphics to keep our website fresh and user-friendly. Required Skills & Qualifications-Design Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/Figma for rapid asset creation or an AI-driven photo generator.Marketing Savvy: Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn) and their algorithms.Visual Storytelling: Ability to take complex product features and turn them into easy-to-understand infographics.Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of marketplace requirements (image ratios, white background rules, and text-to-image limits).Creative proficiency – A knack for creativity.Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce listings, social media growth, or successful ad campaigns.  Why Join Us?Creative Freedom: You will have a significant say in the brand's visual direction.Brand Presence Leadership: Play a key role in managing and nurturing Blumbuds’ entire social media presence.Impact: Your work directly influences sales and brand perception.Growth: Opportunity to lead a creative team as the brand scales.
