We are seeking an experienced Retail Trainer to join our team and develop comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our retail students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a proven track record of delivering effective training solutions that align with current market trendsResponsibilities Develop and implement training programs that focus on improving retail sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. Conduct training sessions in classroom. Assess training needs and create customized programs to address skill gaps. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed. Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees.Requirements and Skills Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training or a related role. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in trending training software and learning management systems (LMS).
