We are looking for aSocial Media Managerwho can strategize, create, and manage content that drives engagement, builds community, and enhances our brand identity across digital platforms.Responsibility- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Manage and grow presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.). Analyze audience insights, track performance, and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for consistent brand communication. Handle influencer collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and new platform features. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.Required Skill & Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Technical, marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing social media for a brand/agency. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and tools. Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and creative storytelling. Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
