Job Description:

We are currently hiring Managed IT Support Engineers for our global support operations. This is a remote (work-from-home) opportunity supporting US-based clients. Candidates with strong technical expertise and the ability to work in a night shift environment are encouraged to apply.Position: Managed IT Support Engineer (Tier 1 / Tier 2)Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)Working Days: 6 Days per WeekCompensation: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)Joining: ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Provide IT helpdesk support (Tier 1 and Tier 2) to end usersTroubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, and business applicationsManage and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Handle user provisioning and access control via Active Directory / Azure ADPerform basic network troubleshooting (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls)Deliver remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similarMonitor system performance, backups, and endpoint securitySupport and maintain cloud environments including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud PlatformRequired Skills and Technical Expertise:Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsProficiency in Windows and macOS environmentsWorking knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, VPN)Experience with IT service management / ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)Understanding of endpoint security and backup processesEffective written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Cloud and Technical Skills:Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsFamiliarity with cloud monitoring, identity management, and access controlExposure to server management and virtualization environmentsPreferred Certifications:CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+Microsoft Certified (Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator)AWS or Azure cloud certificationsEligibility Criteria:3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, managed services, or helpdesk rolesWillingness to work in night shift aligned with US business hoursImmediate joiners will be given preferenceIf you are Interested please share your cv at our WhatsApp +91 89206 24649
