Job Title: HR Recruitment Apprentice – BFSI Department: Talent Acquisition Organization: Staffiaa Services Location: Lucknow (Office-based) Employment Type: Apprenticeship Program Duration: 3 Months Batch Start Date: 19 January Number of Openings: 6 Job Summary Staffiaa Services is hiring HR Recruitment Apprentices for its BFSI recruitment operations. This apprenticeship is designed for freshers who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, specifically within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role focuses on structured training followed by execution-based recruitment support. This is a career-focused apprenticeship program and not a casual internship. Apprenticeship Model – Important Information This is a fee-free apprenticeship program Staffiaa does not charge any registration or training fee at any stage Apprentices will work under senior BFSI recruiters Initial responsibilities are learning and support-focused Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support and Data Management Resume data feeding and tagging in ATS Candidate database creation and verification Job description mapping and profile categorisation Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports Calling and Coordination Initial candidate calling to check interest and availability Interview scheduling and follow-ups Daily activity and output reporting Eligibility Criteria BBA / MBA / HR / Management freshers Candidates available for full-time, office-based role in Lucknow Comfortable with calling, data handling, and structured processes Willing to commit for a minimum duration of 3 months Skills Required Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Data handling and documentation skills Willingness to learn BFSI recruitment Discipline, consistency, and learning mindset Stipend and Incentive Structure Month 1: No stipend (Training and Learning Phase) Month 2: INR 1,500 – 3,000 (Execution Support Phase; attendance and output-based) Month 3: INR 4,000 – 6,000 + incentives on closures Incentives are linked to interview-to-joining contribution Stipend progression is performance and review based STAFFIAA Offer Practical exposure to BFSI recruitment Hands-on experience with ATS and live hiring mandates Mentorship from experienced recruiters Incentives on successful closures Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity for top performers Important Notes Weekly performance reviews are mandatory Continuation is subject to discipline and performance This role rewards learning ability and consistency Application Process Interested candidates should share: Updated CV  Short statement explaining interest in recruitment as a long-term career Contact:  WhatsApp-
