Architecture Fellowship - New Initiatives

About the Role At @LABS, we work at the intersection of architecture, technology, and education, building programs and ideas that push the boundaries of how the design industry operates. We are looking for an Architecture Fellow to work closely with us on shaping and developing new directions within the organization. This is not a conventional architecture role. It is for someone who is interested in thinking, exploring, and building beyond the traditional scope of architecture. What You’ll Do - Work closely with the founders on new initiatives and exploratory ideas within @LABS - Contribute to research, ideation, and structuring of concepts - Help shape early-stage ideas into clear directions and actionable formats - Engage with content, communication, and positioning of ideas - Support in building and refining initiatives from scratch Who We Are Looking For - Someone with a background in Architecture or Urban Planning - Curious, observant, and aware of current trends in architecture, urbanism, and design - Well-read and thoughtful, with the ability to form independent opinions - Interested in more than just architecture, someone who engages with multiple domains - Comfortable connecting ideas, patterns, and possibilities across disciplines - Able to work in ambiguity and figure things out without constant direction - Enthusiastic, self-driven, and excited about building something new What You’ll Gain - Exposure to the inner workings of an education and design-driven business - Hands-on involvement in how ideas evolve into real initiatives - Close collaboration with founders and insight into strategy and decision-making - A space to experiment, think independently, and contribute meaningfully Format - Duration: 2 Months - Mode: Remote
