The role involves reaching out to leads, sharing property details, and supporting lease generation and renewals.Key Responsibilities:Call and email potential tenants who have shown interestReach out to brokers and build relationshipsProvide clear information about units, amenities, and pricingRespond to inquiries and follow up with leads regularlyGenerate leases and handle lease renewalsSchedule property tours or virtual walkthroughsUpdate and manage leads in Requirements:Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Working knowledge of Ability to work in EST shiftBasic understanding of leasing/real estate is a plusKey Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood follow-up and coordination abilitiesProfessional and customer-focused approach
