Project Coordinator - UP

Primary responsibilities:- To ensure that new stores are operational as per set plan and all the facilities/ fixtures/ assets are installed as per CAD drawings finalized at the planning stage - Ensure trouble shooting of problems, visit the sites and coordinate with site supervisors. Coordinate with CAD designer to ensure optimal efficiency - Finalize the store area in coordination with the landlord and various facilities as per plan - Identify construction issues to be resolved through site surveys for potential locations - Conduct onsite visits and coordinate with construction crew and operations personnel continuously - Establish and manage relations with independent contractors, vendors and negotiates best possible rates for their products and services - Evaluate project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunities to improve performance going forward - Interact clearly, constructively and positively with all organizational departments to ensure projects are completed effectively and with minimal disruption to planned events. - Participate actively as projects team member to improve department efficiency, reduce costs and assist in improvement of product through customer experiences. - Encourage communication of information between departments. - Support cost saving development initiatives and delivery process improvements.Experience : 3 Years to 5 YearsEducation : Diploma / B. Tech - Civil / Electrical EngineeringKey Skills and Attributes:- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, numerical, commercial awareness and organizational skills - Expertise in managing multiple projects and has had budget responsibility - Effective influencing, reporting, vendor management and negotiation skills - Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, an organized and thorough approach to work.
