We have a roster of double-digit clients, a team of 10, and an aggressive growth roadmap. We have the vision and the momentum; now we need the operational infrastructure to scale.The Role:This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You will report directly to the Founder. You are not just managing projects; you are managing the entire operational heartbeat of the business.Your mandate is simple: Organize. Automate. Execute.What You Will Do:• Run the Machine: Own the Project Management stack (Asana/ClickUp/Monday). You ensure tasks are assigned, deadlines are real, and nothing slips through the cracks.• Lead the Team: You are the /"Team Whisperer./" You run stand-ups, manage bandwidth, and unblock the team so they can do their best work.• Automate Everything: You hate manual data entry. You will use AI and automation tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and buy back time.• Marketing Execution: Manage the publishing schedule. You ensure social posts and client deliverables go out on time, every time.• Founder Support: Protect the Founder’s time. You handle the logistics and admin so the Founder can focus on strategy and sales.Who You Are:• Pragmatic & Logical: You don’t care about theory; you care about what works.• Tech-Savvy: You are a digital native. You know how to leverage low-code/no-code tools and AI to build efficient systems.• An Executioner: You get a dopamine hit when you check a box.
