Security Executive

Security Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property assets. This includes monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security protocols, conducting investigations, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the premises. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all security personnel, CCTV operations, and access control systems. Patrol the property regularly to identify and address security risks or breaches. Manage entry and exit of guests, staff, and vendors in accordance with hotel policies. Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; take appropriate corrective actions. Prepare incident, accident, and investigation reports accurately and timely. Ensure fire safety systems and emergency procedures are operational and regularly tested. Coordinate with local police, fire department, and other authorities when required. Conduct regular security training and briefings for staff members. Oversee the issuance and control of keys, ID cards, and passes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with hotel security standards. Support VIP movements and special events to ensure safety and smooth operations. Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and company security policies.
