Roles & Responsibilities Promote and sell banking products such as loans. Identify potential customers through market research, cold calls, field visits, and referrals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist customers with logins and documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and post-sale support. Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with all KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements. Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events to enhance product reach. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records Help prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure proper documentation practices Manage follow-ups and reminders for meetings, deadlines, and important tasks Qualification and skills 13 years of experience in sales (preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Good understanding of banking products and customer service principles. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
