As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our on-ground sales team across key cities in Maharashtra. Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting products, and closing sales within the assigned territory. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of local markets, and the ability to travel frequently. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned region (Latur / Nagpur / Amravati) Meet with potential customers, contractors, and project managers to pitch company products and solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct site visits and understand client requirements Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager on activities, leads, and conversions Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events Candidate Requirements: Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream (Engineering/Marketing preferred) 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, steel products, or construction-related industries Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license Knowledge of the local language (Marathi) and market is essential Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city and nearby areas What We Offer: Competitive salary with attractive incentives Travel and mobile allowances On-the-job training and development opportunities Supportive team environment and growth potential Opportunity to work with a leading brand in steel structures Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10, ₹29,115.02 per month Application Question(s): Do you have experience in Field Sales?
