We’re growing fast and are looking for a Technical Lead to guide our talented engineering team and shape the future of our tech.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead who will oversee the end-to-end development of our web and mobile applications. You will lead a team of 10+ developers, provide technical direction, and act as the bridge between leadership and the engineering team. This is a highly visible role where you’ll be the single point of contact for technical decisions, team guidance, and delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web and mobile developers . - Architect, design, and review scalable solutions for apps and platforms. - Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development. - Act as the technical point of contact between leadership and the dev team. - Break down business requirements into technical tasks and guide execution. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products with performance, security, and scalability in mind. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their adoption.Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role. - Strong knowledge of web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, etc.) and mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android). - Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integrations. - Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 8–12 developers. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice-to-Have:- Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure). - Knowledge of AI/ML integrations and modern SaaS products. - Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.Why Join Techeon?- Work on innovative projects that combine technology and creativity. - Be part of a growing team where your ideas directly shape the product. - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities. - A collaborative, modern, and fast-paced work culture.
