The Senior HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to support business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
