Experience: 8–12 Years Industry: Digital Marketing Location: Hybrid cum Remote Role Description We are looking for a Marketing Operations Senior Manager who will lead and manage the entire digital marketing function of the group , including both client marketing initiatives and internal growth projects . This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities , someone who can align marketing, sales, product, and operations teams while driving measurable growth for both the company and its clients . The ideal candidate must have experience working in startup or high-growth environments , where they have played a direct role in scaling marketing operations, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic marketing outcomes. Marketing Strategy & Growth Strategist: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for internal brands and client projects. Define growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives. Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies. Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives . Marketing Operation Management: Manage and streamline end-to-end marketing operations . Implement scalable marketing processes, automation, and reporting systems. Optimize marketing funnel performance across acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Client Marketing & Account Oversight: Lead marketing initiatives for client accounts across multiple industries . Ensure delivery of high-impact campaigns and measurable ROI. Guide marketing teams in strategy development, campaign execution, and optimization. Maintain strong client relationships and strategic alignment. Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams . Align marketing campaigns with business goals and product roadmaps. Ensure seamless communication between internal departments and client stakeholders. Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track key marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance . Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure performance. Use data insights to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies. Marketing Technology and Tools: Oversee the implementation and usage of marketing tools and platforms. Drive marketing automation and CRM integration. Ensure efficient use of analytics and reporting systems. Required Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Social Media, Growth Marketing) Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns Proven ability to build and scale marketing processes and teams Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data Experience managing both client-facing and internal marketing initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Startup mindset with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Tools & Platform Preferred: Google Analytics (GA4) Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads CRM Tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Marketing Automation Tools SEO Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs) Data Visualization Tools (Looker Studio / Power BI) Project Management Tools (Asana / Jira / Trello) Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker with strong growth mindset Should have managed a team size of 20-30.
