Job Description:

ResponsibilitiesLead and own the full lifecycle delivery of large, complex Salesforce initiatives, from discovery and planning through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, and governance across multiple Salesforce clouds — including CPQ and Revenue Cloud.Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives, translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Apply deep knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals, CPQ and pricing models.Collaborate closely with architects, developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure robust solution design and implementation.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including business sponsors, technical teams, and executive leadership.Communicate project status, risks, trade-offs, and key decisions clearly and proactively.Build, mentor, and nurture high-performing project teams, empowering them to grow technically and professionally.Foster a collaborative, continuous improvement culture and establish best practices in Salesforce delivery.Conduct performance reviews, coach team members, and support talent development paths.Identify and proactively mitigate risks and dependencies across complex Salesforce initiatives.Ensure adherence to delivery management standards, best practices, and organizational quality benchmarks.Drive continuous process improvements to optimize delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction.Qualifications10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce delivery programs (including CPQ & Revenue Cloud projects).Proven experience managing multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, CPQ product features, pricing logic, quoting processes, and Revenue Cloud architecture.Ability to provide hands-on guidance during design and implementation.Strong leadership presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and client partners.Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure while maintaining quality. Certifications (Preferred)Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant).Project or Agile certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, ScrumMaster, etc.).
