Hello,Greeting's from ZettaMine!!!Job Title: SAP RE_FX (SAP Real Estate Management)Experience: 6 to 10 YearsLocation: Pan IndiaNotice Period: ImmediateOverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Specialist to support a Real Estate Harmonization initiative across SE/DK/NO. The role involves conducting as-is and to-be process analyses, defining requirements, and driving solution design and implementation for real estate processes, including master data handling, contracts, invoicing, and a new steering model.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end analysis of existing real estate processes and propose harmonized to-be processes.Define requirements and steering model for Real Estate (2025).Drive solution design, development, and implementation (2026).Configure and support SAP RE-FX processes within S/4HANA, aligned with SAP Best Practices and Fiori.Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare documentation (blueprints, functional specs, etc.), and support testing, training, and go-live activities.Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal IT teams.Recommend and design future-state real estate solution architecture in SAP S/4.Ensure compliance with IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations.Collaborate with finance teams to ensure strong RE-FX and FI-CO integration.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.Strong expertise in SAP RE-FX system configuration and integration with SAP FI-CO.Solid understanding of cost controlling in RE-FX.Experience with IFRS16 lease contract valuation processes in SAP RE-FX.Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications related to RE-FX.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues.Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Team player with a collaborative mindset, ensuring smooth progress and alignment across teams.If you are interested kindly share your updated CV to aruna.m@ or WhatsApp to 6302404863.Thanks & Regards,Aruna.M
