Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform / Application DeveloperLocation: Bangalore Experience: 8+ Years Immediate JoinerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications integrated across Microsoft technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.Develop and maintain applications hosted on Azure App Services.Build and optimize SQL database structures, queries, and stored procedures.Develop and customize SharePoint solutions, including SPFx-based applications and extensions.Integrate applications with Microsoft Teams and implement collaboration features.Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.Utilize Microsoft Graph API to integrate and automate Microsoft 365 services.Develop backend services and components using C# / .Write automation scripts using PowerShell for administration and deployment tasks.Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application maintenance and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in application development and maintenance.Strong experience with:SQL databasesAzure App Services developmentPower Apps & Power AutomateSharePoint (Online/On-Prem)Microsoft Teams integrationPower BIPowerShell scriptingSPFx development and customizationMicrosoft Graph APIC# / Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.Experience in enterprise application development and support.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.Knowledge of security and compliance in Microsoft environments.Exposure to low-code / no-code platforms.
