In this role, you'll develop and implement advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data pipelines that power our platform's predictive analytics and market insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement machine learning models for real estate market analysis and prediction Develop and maintain scalable data processing pipelines Create sophisticated statistical models for property valuation and market trends Design and implement reinforcement learning solutions for dynamic pricing and decision optimization Build and optimize data collection and validation processes Implement feature engineering techniques to improve model performance Develop automated reporting systems and interactive dashboards Collaborate with full-stack and AI engineers to integrate models into production Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate model improvements Document methodologies, algorithms, and technical specifications Monitor and optimize model performance in productionRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science / data analytics related domain.
