Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef de Partie (CDP) at VYANNJAN located in Hyderabad. The Sushi CDP will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring food quality and consistency, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes. The role also involves managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. QualificationsExperience in Sushi preparation and presentation, Knife skillsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent team collaboration and communication skillsCreativity and attention to detail in food presentationA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleCulinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
