Your mission will be to translate complex US business models into compelling, high-transparency profiles that resonate with sophisticated Indian investors. You will act as the crucial bridge between US operational data and Indian investor expectations, ensuring every project is presented with the highest level of financial integrity, operational clarity, and market appeal.Key Responsibilities:Comprehensive Business Profiling: Develop /"market-ready,/" institutional-grade profiles for US businesses, thoroughly detailing their history, operational strengths, and leadership structure. EB-5 Program Alignment: Collaborate closely with legal and project teams to ensure all profiles emphasize the core requirements of the EB-5 program, with a strict focus on job creation metrics and capital preservation.Strategic Financial Narratives: Transform highly technical data—including pro-formas, market studies, and appraisals—into clear, persuasive narratives that highlight the ROI and long-term stability of the investment.Investor Transparency & Due Diligence: Anticipate the rigorous due diligence processes of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) in India. Proactively prepare detailed FAQs and supporting documentation regarding business feasibility and clear exit strategies.Market Positioning: Continuously monitor the Indian financial landscape to ensure our offerings are positioned competitively against other offshore investment vehicles and local market opportunities.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
