Senior System Analyst

Job Title: Senior System Analyst & Administrator Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior System Analyst & Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure environments, cloud services, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, firewall management, and advanced troubleshooting. This role requires strong analytical skills, system thinking, and the ability to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT systems.Configure and manage networking components including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and network security.Implement, monitor, and maintain firewall configurations and security policies.Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex system and network issues.Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place and regularly tested.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and IT requirements.Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.2–4 years or more of experience in system administration and analysis.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage, monitoring).Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.Solid understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management.Experience in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).Knowledge of firewall configuration and security protocols.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus.Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).Exposure to endpoint management tools and security solutions.Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) is an added advantage.Key Competencies:Analytical thinkingProblem-solving mindsetAttention to detailTime managementTeam collaborationInterested?
