We support Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized firms, and startups with contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time staffing solutions.Job SummaryDetapent is seeking a dynamic and motivated US IT Technical Recruiter / BDE with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals in the US market and/or generating new business through vendor/client acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Responsibilities:Source IT candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.Screen resumes and conduct initial technical interviews.Coordinate with US clients/vendors regarding requirements and submissions.Maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors.Negotiate rates and handle onboarding documentation.Ensure timely submissions with high-quality candidate profiles.Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.Business Development Responsibilities:Identify and develop new US clients/vendors for IT staffing requirements.Cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.Maintain vendor management systems and track submissions.Build and maintain long-term client relationships.Understand client requirements and align suitable candidates.Required Skills6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment or Business Development.Good understanding of US IT technologies (Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Experience working in US EST time zone.Basic knowledge of ATS and job portals.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in any discipline.Immediate joiners preferred.Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive Salary + Attractive IncentivesPerformance-based bonusesCareer growth opportunitiesSupportive and growth-driven work environment
