Our platform enables software engineering teams to spend less time on maintenance tasks, accelerating innovation and simplifying complex codebase management.Role in a nutshellThis is not a traditional BDR role. You’ll operate as a modern GTM operator owning outbound motions, experimenting with AI-led prospecting, and working closely with founders, sales, and product to crack enterprise accounts.Your job: create pipeline, qualify hard, and move deals forward intelligently.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify modernization signals (cloud migration, DevOps hiring, digital transformation programs etc)Design and execute high-quality outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, calls, and videoBook high-quality discovery calls and support deal progressionResearch accounts deeply - tech stack, org structure, maturity, buying signalsUse AI tools daily for:Prospect research & personalisationWriting high-intent outbound sequencesCall summaries, insights, and follow-upsRun sharp qualification calls (pain, urgency, budget, ownership)Work closely with Sales, Product, and Founders to refine ICP and messagingWhat Success Looks Like:Generate 8-10 qualified opportunitiesBuild $1M+ in qualified pipeline within the first 6 months and consistently maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage thereafter.Strong show-up rates and qualified meetingsContribute to improving outbound messaging and conversion ratesClear feedback loop into GTM and productAbility to independently run outbound experimentsQualifications:2-4 years of outbound BDR experience in B2B SaaS globally (US Preferred)Strong written and spoken English (non-negotiable)Exceptional articulation skills — ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and structurally with senior technical leaders (non-negotiable)Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and supporting high-ticket deals.Experience running discovery calls and virtual demos.Proficient with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).High resilience and comfort with cold outreachYou think in systems, not scripts. Data-driven, but not roboticBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Nice to Have:Experience in developer tools, AI products, DevOps, or software engineering solutions.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Outreach.Prior experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR.Exposure to PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments.Candidates with a technical undergraduate degree (CS/IT/Engineering) are a strong plus
