We specialize in senior and CXO‑level mandates across Finance, Manufacturing, Consumer, Infrastructure and Technology, working on an exclusive, premium‑priced search model.We operate across India, UAE and 40+ countries via our global network of 1500+ recruiters.Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned B2B Sales & Business Development professional from a reputed executive search / recruitment firm who can independently win mid–senior and leadership hiring mandates in India. This is an individual contributor role with minimal inside support, designed for a true hunter who brings ready relationships and can convert them quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the complete sales cycle for executive search mandates – prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposal, pricing, negotiation and closure.Generate and qualify leads through your own network, referrals, direct outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) and industry events; maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.Leverage existing relationships to onboard at least 3–5 active client accounts within the first 30–45 days, with clear revenue potential.Position and sell BGR’s premium, exclusive executive search solutions, clearly differentiating us from contingency and low‑cost vendors and defending pricing and exclusivity.Build and deepen relationships with decision makers – Founders, CEOs, CHROs, Business Heads, PE/VC and Family Office leaders – and convert them into repeat accounts.Collaborate with the Managing Director and delivery team for smooth handover of mandates, clear expectation setting and high client satisfaction.Track activities, pipeline, forecasts and key account movements in CRM / tracking sheets; share concise weekly updates.Continuously scan the market for new accounts, sectors and geographies where BGR can expand and create focused account penetration plans.Required ExperienceExpert in executive search / recruitment selling mid–senior or leadership hiring solutions in India.Current or recent experience with a reputed executive search / recruitment firm, ideally with exposure to retained / exclusive or premium‑priced models.Proven success in: hunting and acquiring new logos, owning end‑to‑end sales cycles, and delivering multi‑lakh to crore‑plus annual billings from your own accounts.Strong, ready relationships with decision makers (Founder/CEO/CHRO/Business Heads) and the ability to bring 3–5 active accounts in the first month.Deep expertise and network in at least one of the following sectors: Finance (Banking, NBFC, FinTech, PE/VC), Manufacturing, Consumer, Infrastructure, or Technology.Skills & CompetenciesStrong hunter mindset; self‑driven, disciplined and comfortable operating as an individual contributor with outcome‑based support.Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to craft compelling pitches and proposals and articulate clear ROI to clients.Sharp negotiation and closing skills around premium pricing and exclusivity / retainer structures.Comfortable using CRM, LinkedIn, email and productivity tools (Google Suite / MS Office) to manage pipeline and communication.High integrity, professionalism and ownership in representing BGR with clients and partners.What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)3–5 active client accounts onboarded in month one from your existing relationships.20-30 active client accounts onboarded in first year from your existing relationships and referrals.Steady build‑up of a qualified pipeline of exclusive executive search mandates in our focus sectors.Repeat business and referrals from accounts you bring in, with BGR positioned as a trusted partner for leadership hiring.To apply, share your updated profile and a brief note on:Why you are the best fit for the above role?Current portfolio (sectors, typical roles, ticket sizes)Three to Five accounts you can realistically bring in within the first 15-30 days.What is your current & expected fixed annual compensation?How soon can you join?
