Our focus is on turning complex workforce data into actionable intelligence that improves outcomes across large-scale staffing programs.Summary The Recruiting Analytics Consultant plays a critical role in driving insight, accountability, and performance across MSP staffing programs. This individual brings a strong staffing background and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics, enabling them to interpret data beyond the numbers and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partnering closely with Delivery Managers, the consultant will proactively analyze performance data, prepare executive-ready reporting, and surface insights ahead of QBRs and scorecard reviews. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically sharp, operationally savvy, and comfortable translating data into clear, impactful narratives.Job DescriptionPartner closely with Delivery Managers to support analytics and reporting needs across MSP accounts.Pull, analyze, and interpret recruiting and staffing performance data, including productivity, efficiency, quality, and compliance metrics.Identify trends, anomalies, and risks within the data, proactively flagging issues before they impact delivery or client satisfaction.Translate complex data sets into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans aligned to staffing operations.Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for scorecards, QBRs, and internal leadership reviews.Support scorecard reviews and QBRs by providing supplemental insights and context, as needed, while Delivery Managers and VPs lead discussions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and client-facing materials.Continuously refine reporting approaches to improve clarity, relevance, and forward-looking insights.RequirementsProven experience in staffing or recruiting operations, ideally within MSP or large-scale delivery environments.Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, performance metrics, and staffing KPIs.Demonstrated ability to interpret data, uncover root causes, and recommend practical, operational solutions.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating executive-level presentations.Comfort working cross-functionally with delivery leadership and operational stakeholders.High attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and proactively.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly and confidently.Why Join PTR Global?
