The role involves supporting Ship & Debit operations for the Japan region, distributor coordination, data validation, and translation support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end Ship & Debit (S&D) implementation for Japan distributors.Train and communicate with distributors; act as liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.Translate project documents and provide real-time interpretation during meetings.Support daily S&D operations including claim review, manual overrides, mailbox management, and policy updates.Conduct data validation across GPMS, Vistex, and Datawarehouse systems; manage invoice pools.Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation; assist in cross‑functional project coordination.Required SkillsNative/near‑native Japanese proficiency & strong English communication.Experience in SAP OTC, Excel, and Datawarehouse management.Strong project coordination and documentation skills.Background in Supply Chain is mandatory.Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to troubleshoot data issues.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
