Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Social Media & Community Manager to lead our Twitter () and Telegram presence. The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in crypto culture (memecoins, DeFi, NFTs, blockchain communities) and has experience growing communities, running campaigns, and building engagement systems. This role will cover Twitter growth, Telegram management, and bot automation, ensuring our brands and clients are always visible, relevant, and viral. Qualifications1. Twitter () Growth & Management Develop and execute Twitter growth strategies to scale followers, engagement, and conversions. Create high-impact tweets, threads, memes, and viral campaigns aligned with Web3 culture. Engage daily with crypto KOLs, traders, influencers, and communities. Run Twitter raids, giveaways, AMAs, influencer partnerships. Track performance via analytics; refine based on impressions, engagement, CTR. 2. Telegram Community Building & Moderation Grow and manage Telegram groups & channels across projects. Moderate chats, onboard new users, answer FAQs, maintain a strong brand presence. Drive engagement through raids, contests, shilling campaigns, and AMAs. Sync Telegram campaigns with Twitter for cross-platform amplification. 3. Bot Development & Automation (Telegram Focus) Create/manage Telegram bots (welcome bots, raid bots, leaderboard bots, price-alert bots). Integrate bots with crypto APIs (DexScreener, Solscan, CoinGecko, Pump.fun). Manage hosting, uptime, and bot security. 4. Campaign Execution & Growth Promote token launches, meme coins, DeFi products, and communities. Build hype around milestones (liquidity locks, price pumps, community raids). Deliver detailed reports on growth, engagement, and campaign ROI. Requirements Proven experience managing Twitter/X and Telegram communities in Web3/crypto. Deep understanding of crypto culture (memes, raids, hype cycles, CT influencers, community psychology). Strong copywriting skills (short, witty, engaging, meme-driven). Technical knowledge of Telegram bot development (Python/Node.js) or ability to manage bot platforms. Familiarity with crypto APIs and integrations. Network of crypto KOLs/influencers is a huge plus.
