Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Krishnagiri. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store personnel. Tasks include managing inventory, enforcing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and ensuring smooth and efficient store management. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention Leadership and team management abilities Organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in retail management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
