Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Krishnagiri. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, managing production planning, ensuring quality control, and supervising manufacturing operations. The role requires coordination with various departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to production schedules. Qualifications Skills in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Quality Control Expertise in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work on-site in Krishnagiri Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the glass or mining and metals industry is a plus
