Job Description:
Key Responsibilities ○ Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. ○ Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across international markets. ○ Build and nurture strong business relationships with current and potential clients. ○ Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, outbound email campaigns, and lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, etc.). ○ Maintain an active LinkedIn presence to attract prospects and showcase expertise in business process automation. ○ Manage CRM systems effectively to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client communications. ○ Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical delivery teams, to align client needs with automation solutions. ○ Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns to support business development objectives. ○ Contribute to sales and marketing documentation, proposals, and presentations. ○ Conduct consultative sales calls and virtual meetings with decision-makers across the US, UK, UAE, and other global markets. ○ Present automation solutions in a clear, compelling, and value-driven manner. ○ Attend networking events (online/offline) to expand business visibility and generate leads. Qualifications & Skills ● Experience: ○ Minimum 1–2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT business development. ○ Exposure to outbound sales and working with international clients (US/UAE preferred). ● Education: ○ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. ● Core Skills: ○ Excellent written and verbal communication in English. ○ Strong knowledge of CRM management (GoHighLevel or similar). ○ Hands-on experience in email campaigning. ○ Proficiency with LinkedIn and lead generation platforms (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.). ○ Ability to create persuasive proposals and deliver effective client presentations. ○ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
