Established in 1996,HiLITE Group is a diversified conglomerate headquartered in Kozhikode, The group has significantly influenced Kerala's modern landscape through its presence in various sectors including real estate(residential, commercial and retail) interior design, business parks, education, health care, entertainment and food and beverage.Responsibilities:- Identify approach and onboard suitable retail brands and businesses for mall leasing. - Market available retail spaces and negotiate lease terms and conditions - Prepare lease proposals agreements and related documents. - Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations team for lease execution. - Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and handle lease renewals. - Conduct market research to understand retail trends and competitor offerings. - Ensure compliance with leasing policies and mall guidelines. - Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals. - Prepare regular leasing reports and updates for management.Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, real estate, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in mall leasing, retail leasing, or commercial real estate. - Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of retail brands, mall Operations and leasing practices. - Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs.
