You will own the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention, and lead a team across performance marketing, SEO, and growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute Lascade’soverall marketing strategy Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads Manage and mentor teams across PPC, SEO, growth, and content Optimize the full funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → revenue Work closely with product teams to improve onboarding, paywalls, and conversion Analyze marketing data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions Identify new growth channels and market opportunitiesRequirements4+ years indigital marketing or growth marketing Experience scaling consumer mobile apps or SaaS products Deep knowledge of paid acquisition and marketing analytics Experience managing large advertising budgets Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
