Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media SpecialistKey Responsibilities* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.)* Create, edit, and optimize engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels* Manage day-to-day social media activities and community engagement* Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms* Run paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)* Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports* Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop professional and branded posts* Optimize content based on analytics and insights* Build and manage influencer collaborations (if required)Required Skills & Qualifications* Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role* Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms* Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)* Extensive experience using Canva, Adobe or other platforms to design/edit professional social media posts* Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns* Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Creative mindset with high attention to detail* Ability to analyze data and improve performanceUS shiftSalary- 20-22k (4 hours)
