This position is well-suited for professionals who are passionate about Odoo development and eager to contribute to end-to-end ERP implementations.Candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant Odoo development experience are encouraged to apply.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirementsWork closely with functional consultants to convert business needs into technical solutionsCustomize existing Odoo modules and develop new functionalitiesPerform backend development using Python and PostgreSQLDevelop and maintain Odoo views, workflows, reports, and security rulesIntegrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systemsDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and performance issuesEnsure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best practicesSupport testing, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsAny Degree / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalentStrong hands-on experience in Odoo developmentProficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQLExperience in Odoo customization and module developmentWorking knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSGood understanding of ERP workflows and business processesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsPreferred SkillsExperience working with multiple Odoo versionsKnowledge of Git or other version control systemsExperience with Odoo.sh or server deployment is an added advantageJob DetailsExperience: 2–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Days: Monday to FridayLocation: Calicut
