Senior Software Engineer

Live product, paying customers, small team. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer. You will design, develop, and ship AI-powered automation pipelines that process unstructured data and take real-world actions. The role involves building integrations with enterprise software (ERPs, CRMs, communication tools), developing voice agents that make and handle phone calls, and maintaining multi-tenant infrastructure serving production workloads. You will own large parts of the system and work directly with founders to shape the product. Qualifications - 3+ years shipping production software - Strong TypeScript and full-stack development experience - Experience building integrations with third-party APIs - Proficiency with modern web frameworks (Next.js, React, Fastify) - Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Prisma (or similar ORMs) - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration - Experience with LLMs, document extraction, or voice/telephony systems is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
