The mentor will play a key role in student engagement, academic monitoring, and faculty coordination to ensure an effective and motivating learning environment.Key Responsibilities- Mentor students enrolled in the CMA program and track their academic progress. - Conduct regular follow-ups and counseling sessions to ensure students stay motivated and on track. - Guide students in study techniques, time management, and exam preparation strategies. - Monitor student attendance and participation in engagement and academic activities. - Assist in preparing question papers, PPTs, and other academic materials. - Coordinate with faculty to collect and organize study materials, ensuring timely submission. - Support faculty in implementing academic initiatives and assessments. - Conduct one-on-one or group counseling sessions to resolve academic challenges or concerns. - Maintain accurate and updated student records and progress reports. - Collaborate with content creation teams to ensure conceptual accuracy in academic materials. - Research academic issues faced by students and faculty and propose effective solutions. - Handle multiple academic and administrative tasks efficiently within deadlines.Requirements- Qualification: Qualified or semi-qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of CMA syllabus, subjects, and exam pattern. - Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic coordination preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and independently when needed. - Willingness to multitask and contribute to various academic operations.Preferred Skills- Experience in content development, curriculum planning, or student counseling. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online learning tools. - Detail-oriented, empathetic, and student-focused approach.
