Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa & OCI Processing Specialist to handle all visa applications, OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card processing, passport services, and related immigration documentation. This is an offshore role supporting our US-based travel agency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in visa and immigration paperwork, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and consulates. Key Responsibilities - Process OCI new applications, renewals, and miscellaneous services end-to-end - Handle Indian visa applications (tourist, business, e-visa, conference, etc.) - Manage US passport renewals and new applications for clients - Process visa applications for other countries (UK, Canada, Schengen, etc.) - Track application statuses and provide timely updates to clients - Coordinate with consulates, VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGS - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlines - Maintain organized digital records of all applications and client files - Handle client queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone regarding visa/OCI status - Stay updated on changing visa policies, travel advisories, and immigration rules - Prepare and review supporting documents (cover letters, itineraries, financial docs) - Process attestation and apostille services as needed Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services - Strong knowledge of OCI application process and Indian consulate procedures - Familiarity with VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGS portals - Excellent written and verbal English communication - High attention to detail — visa applications have zero tolerance for errors - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfortable working US business hours or with significant overlap - Prior experience in a travel agency environment is a strong plus Preferred Qualifications - Experience in processing Schengen, UK, and Canada visa applications - Knowledge of US immigration forms (DS-160, etc.) - Experience with passport attestation and document legalization - Multi-lingual skills (Hindi, Gujarati, or other Indian languages)
