We help restaurants unlock new revenue streams by connecting them with organizations across the U.S.As we grow, we’re looking for a Restaurant Business Development Representative who is strong in negotiation, deal-making, and business conversations, and can confidently speak about revenue, margins, and value with restaurant owners.Your RoleThis is a sales-focused role with a strong negotiation component. You will be responsible for bringing restaurant partners onto the platform by leading conversations that focus on business value, revenue potential, and long-term growth.You are not just selling a service — you are helping restaurant owners understand how to make more money.What You’ll DoRestaurant Outreach & Deal ClosingIdentify and connect with restaurant owners through outbound outreach (calls, emails, etc.)Lead sales conversations and guide partners through the decision-making processClose new restaurant partnerships by clearly communicating valueNegotiation & Business ConversationsConfidently discuss pricing and marginsNegotiate partnership terms that align with both the restaurant and Club FeastHandle objections and push deals forward with clarity and confidencePipeline & ExecutionManage and track deals using HubSpot (CRM)Maintain a strong and consistent pipelineEnsure smooth handoff to onboarding after closingMarket GrowthHelp expand into new markets by securing strong restaurant partnersShare feedback and insights to improve sales approach and positioningWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or similar rolesBackground in finance, business, economics, or a related field (professional or academic)Strong negotiation and closing skillsComfortable discussing numbers, pricing, and revenue with business ownersExperience in restaurant, food delivery, hospitality, or similar industries is a strong plusExcellent communication skills in EnglishConfident, persuasive, and results-drivenExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)Ability to work remotely aligned with U.S. business hoursMBA is a plusWhy Join Club FeastHigh-impact role in a fast-growing startupDirect exposure to revenue-driving conversationsWork closely with leadership and scaling teamsRemote flexibilityPerformance-based compensation / commission structureStrong growth opportunities as the company expandsReady to ApplyJoin Club Feast and help restaurants grow while building a high-impact career in business development.Club Feast is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
