MEP Engineer

The group has significantly influenced Kerala's modern landscape through its presence in Various sectors including Real estate(residential , commercial and retail),Interior design, business paths, education ,health care ,entertainment and F&B.Responsibilities -- Assist in site supervision of MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting system. - Coordinate with contractors, sub contractors and site teams for smooth execution of MEP activities. - Monitor daily site progress and prepare basic reports. - EnsurE MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and standards. - Assist in inspections , testing and commissioning of MEP system.Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electricalRequired Skills-- Basic knowledge in HVAC/ Electrical/ plumbing and firefighting systems,Ability to read and understand MEP drawings. - Good communication and coordination skills. - 2-4 years of experience in high rise or big commercial sites.
