Job Title:Perfume Production Executive / Fragrance Production SpecialistJob Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-onPerfume Production Executiveto manage and support the end-to-end production process of our fragrance line. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all stages of perfume manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Assist inperfume compounding and batch preparationas per approved formulations Handlemaceration, filtration, and blending processesunder defined conditions Manageraw material measurement, mixing, and inventory tracking Oversee filling, bottling, labelling, and packaging operations Maintain quality control checksto ensure consistency in scent, colour, and performance Coordinate with suppliers forfragrance oils, alcohol, and packaging materials Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standardsin the production area Maintain properdocumentation of batches, formulas, and production logs Support in scaling productionfrom small batches to larger volumesRequirements:Experience inperfume, cosmetics, or FMCG production(preferred but not mandatory) Basic understanding offragrance notes, blending, and stabilityis a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulations Ability to work in astructured, process-driven environment Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindsetPreferred:Prior experience withperfume brands or fragrance houses Knowledge of maceration techniques and quality testingWork Type:Full-time / On-site / Contract
